This 2 bed/1 bath half of a shotgun has private doors. It’s cozy and fully furnished apart from the spare room for rent. It has a porch, friendly neighbors, and is on a well lit corner. No pets, but I have a little beta fish named Lafitte, so if you have a little critter in a tank, that’s fine. Laundry in-unit, al utilities included. No dishwasher, but newly renovated and brand new appliances. Street parking, but plenty of space (I do not have a car).
