Looking for a flatmate to jump on our lease and fill in for 3bd/2bath apartment. Utilities average out to 80 a month throughout the year. Private room and shared restroom with one other person. The room itself can fit a queen size bed, dressers, includes ample sized closet, and can also fit a desk set-up (for that remote work set-up). Apt has in-unit laundry, outdoor deck, central air, working fireplace, tall windows, and super chill flatmates. Looking for an LGBT friendly person.

The apartment is conveniently located. We're walking distance from Sheridan Red Line station. For drivers only a few minutes away from merging onto lakeshore drive on Irving Park and parking is not difficult to find. A 10 mn walk from lakefront trail, next door to a community garden, block away from Howard Brown Clinic (great resource), walking distance from Target, Aldis, and Jewel.
