Hey! I've got a spare room in my apartment in North Austin, a few minutes from the Domain and basically next to Apple. The room is available for immediate move in. You'd get your own bedroom and your own bathroom, and the balcony looks out on the pool.

Rent is $900 a month plus half the utilities. Internet, trash and parking are all included, and there's a washer and dryer in the unit so no laundry room trips. It's a quiet area, and the complex has a small gym, two pools and walking trails around it.

Quick note on the video: it's the same floor plan but filmed in a different building, so the layout is exactly the same, you'd just have a different view off the balcony. Mine faces the pool.

One heads up, the common areas are still empty. I already got the basic kitchen stuff, but we'd figure out furniture together and split it.

The lease is 12 months and I have about 11 left, so I'm hoping to find someone who can stay through the end of it and maybe renew after.

About me: 24, work in tech, in the office most days 9 to 5 with an occasional day from home. I'm quiet and easygoing, pretty active, and I keep the place clean. I don't smoke or do drugs. Just looking for someone similar and around my age, respectful and tidy.
