We are looking for a roommate, for the room with full private BA, with closet space shown in photos & video.
This is a 3rd floor walk-up unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Stairs only.
Shared kitchen and second bathroom in common living space.
We are fairly quiet and keep to ourselves. One roommate works in publishing, and the other is a designer.

This is a sublet to end of June (preferred by the landlord). No pets.
Available for a April 1st move-in. 1st month's rent and deposit to move in.
The rent includes water and internet. Electric & gas are shared across 3 people.

2-3 blocks away from both the Bedford-Nostrand Ave (A/C trains) and Franklin Ave (C) train stops.
15-20 min walk to Bedford-Nostrand (G) stop.
