I am looking for 1 more roommate to complete my 3 bed 2 bath + office house. The location is amazing, right by the river, in east austin (which is great for culture, art, bars, food, history, the works). But the street itself is quiet and away from the bustle of that.
As well as the room, you’d have a shared office to use (great for working from home!) plus there is a fully fenced in back yard. There is a driveway with 2+ parking spots as well plenty of on street parking.
I moved to Austin last year and would be more than happy to show you around to some of my favourite spots.. it is definitely a friendly city and is easy to get the hang of 🙂
