Hey there!

I recently bought a townhouse in North Park Hill and my buddy Luke and I are looking for a third roommat to move in June 1st (potentially sooner depending on what the other roomie wants to do)

We’re looking for someone that is looking to sign a longer term lease (6 months+), who is our age, clean, respectful of the space, and wants to hang out occasionally.

A little about us:

I’m 27 and moved out to Denver a little over 4 years back from New Hampshire. I currently work as a financial analyst for a software company and in my limited spare time (currently studying for the CFA) I enjoy the occasional Mario kart tournament, bourbon, Indian food, camping, golf, skiing and in a past Covid life, hockey.

Luke is 28, is a Colorado native and one of the most laid back gents you’ll ever meet. He plays hockey as well, dabbles on the golf course and thoroughly destroys me in the gym.
