Hi guys! My name is Sofie and I’m looking for somebody to take over my current lease. The lease goes until July of 2021. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury apartment off of 32nd Street and Thomas Rd. 630$ covers both rent AND utilities. I currently live with a girl roommate, same age, who is hardly ever home.
