Hello! Looking for a roomie to take over the other bedroom in this 2 bed 1 bath upper unit of this giant house (duplex-ish) place. Lower unit is remodeled and used as an airbnb. We would have full private use of this giant backyard. The inside is completely remodeled with brand new EVERYTHING. Its a very peaceful and tranquil place :) Driveway comes with an automated gate with plenty of parking. Prefer someone in their 30's, no pref to m or f. I am a professional female with 2 kitties, seasoned in co living and would like to vibe with the person i live with but also respect boundaries, space & time.
