Home for me is my quiet place. I'm social and looking for a clean place where everybody's needs are respected. I'll be new in the city so I would enjoy even doing something together during the free time. I enjoy going out during the weekends and am looking forward to meeting more people. I watch and play many sports (soccer, tennis, paddle).
I don't have a strong preference for the location. If it's lower and mid-Manhattan everything is fine for me!
