Need a new roommate ASAP for Dec 1st move-in. Great location off of Far West Blvd in Northwest Hills.
725 for rent, utilities and gas are extra. Usually runs around 1k total. Laundry room and garage are with the unit. Two cats also.
Need someone reliable and okay with all I’ve said. Other pets are welcome. No deposit, just $75 app fee. Neighbors are cool af.
It’s a 2/1 so you have to be comfortable with sharing a restroom. I’m pretty clean.
