Room has ceiling fan and AC; external closet. Renter will share eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and living room. This is an elevator building with laundry in the basement.
Building is within walking distance of Fordham University Bronx campus, close to grocery stores and shopping areas on Fordham Road. It is a five minute walk from #4 train in one direction and a five minute walk from the B/D train in the other, making both West and East Sides of Manhattan easily accessible.
