I am looking for a new roommate to move into the top bedroom of my four-floor, two bedroom Gramercy apartment. The apartment is located on 22nd/Lexington, 1 block away from the 6 train and 2 blocks from the NQR. Move in date is Sept 1st.

The apartment's vertical layout of the apartment provides a high degree of privacy between the two bedrooms (there are two floors separating the two bedrooms). The top room is spacious, has plenty of closet space and receives a ton of natural light.

The apartment has high ceilings, an open kitchen w/ granite counter tops and one and a half bathrooms. The living room is fully furnished. The building has a part time doorman with laundry and live-in super.
