Looking for 3rd roommate in Logan Square apartment

My brother and I have just signed a lease for this apartment. We are both relatively clean and quiet after hours. This is a pretty big space and we'd love to find someone chill. The apartment is on Fullerton so it's easy to get around. The apartment does a really good job at keeping out the street noise as well. It's all hardwood flooring, there's a back deck, in unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher.

I have a small husky, she can get really excited around new people but calms down a lot once she's relaxed. She occasionally howls if she's trying to get your attention but does not do that wild husky howling that you see on the internet.

This apartment has 2 bathrooms, and you would be sharing a bathroom with my brother.

Because we just leased this place we haven't moved any furniture in yet. I'll update the pictures once that happens!
