Get ahead of traffic, home is less than 1 mile away from 285 and less than 2 miles away from Ga 400.

Internet, cable, electricity, security system, water, and access to furnished home. There is already 1 roommate occupying the condo. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a full bed, a large corner desk, and a tv.

Costs:
$600 per month; $450 security deposit; $50 application fee

Requirements:
Must provide copy of driver’s license, 2 months of your most recent pay stubs, and agree to a background check. Must also sign a 12 month co-lease agreement.
