Young professional new to NY - working in Midtown! Looking for a female roommate(s) that is considerate and clean and could hopefully convince me that my habit of eating out is the biggest waste of money. My new job will have me working part of the week in the office and part at home so a quiet house during the day would be preferred.

I tend to bond well with my roommates and eventually become really close friends but am okay keeping space if that's what you need. Since I am new to the city, I'll likely be spending a majority of the time outside of the apartment but would like a comfortable/cozy space to come back to.

I enjoy coffee and wine outings, binging really anything on Netflix, attending church, reading, and exploring markets and new food places! Allergic to cats and dogs - but willing to make an exception for a really cute dog.
