Very large room on top floor of 3 story home. Hardwood floors, access to all shared living spaces, private living space access, very quiet 90% of the time. We are building a communal space and are looking for others to share it with.

Everyone welcome, kids negotiable if you have joint custody and can coordinate schedules. Perfect spot for anyone who wants to live in a social house with respectful housemates.

Short or long term. Discount for help with chores and childcare can be discussed. Couples, singles, any ages, races, genders, sexualities, all are welcome. We have 5 chickens, and will have rabbits outdoors soon. No indoor pets besides quiet caged animals.

I’m a working professional and am clean, respectful, highly social, respectful, and love people. Myself and one other housemate live here full time and we are looking for 1-2 other people to share the space with.

We have kids here every other week, kids are 6, 14, and 16 and are very chill.

Background, references, and income verification required. $1100 deposit. Utilities are split equitably.

We love to host community events and are very social. This could be a good fit for either introvert or extrovert, while we are social, there is so much space that you will have your own separate floor.
