Hi, I'm Amira (she/her, 24). I’m an Egyptian-American visual artist and art teacher looking to relocate to Brooklyn this summer since I’ll be going to school at NYU in the Fall for Art History and Film.

Logistics:
-Looking mostly in Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, Crown heights, Ridgewood, Williamsburg but open to other areas if it’s a great fit!
-I have a really sweet and well-behaved angel baby cat named Tallulah who will cuddle you once you get to know her
-Budget is around $1000.
-Open to joining an established space or finding 2-3 other people to look with.
-Ideal move in date is July 1st, but I have a little flexibility

Me:
-I'm passionate about making things, prison abolition/restorative justice, human connectedness, lgbtq+ rights, flowers/plants (even though I’m bad at taking care of them), good movies, bad tv, open direct communication, a well decorated space.
-In support of random kitchen dance parties, painting/collage nights, but also love some quiet time.
-Looking for housemates I can be friends with, but who also are down to do their own thing.
-I’m a pretty ~tidy~ person and am looking for housemates that treat their space with the same kind of care.
