Heya I’m Kati! Just moved to NYC to escape Florida and I'm looking for a nice room to rent. I'm good at following house rules and being respectful as well as making sure the rent is paid on time.
Currently still job hunting ATM but the people I'm currently staying with are able to provide rent for me and will provide documents to back it up.
Preferably looking for a queer space, non-men would be the best. I'm ok with having no interaction or being social but I do like to just retreat and chill in my room.
