I own a 3BR/2.5BA house in Sunnyside - it's nice and really cute. You'd be living with just me - I use the remaining room as a gym/for storage. The house has a shared living room and big kitchen, all furnished except for the room that is for rent. Room is 12' x 12' with closet and private bathroom. Electrical and gas would be split between us, water would be split such that I cover the entire cost of watering the lawn. House has a big back yard, washer/dryer, alarm system and garage parking.
Because of COVID, I work about 50/50 at home/on-site, normal day-time hours, so I am around the house fairly often. I have a cat. I'm willing to consider animals, but am hesitant about large dogs if you're not around often. I am very tidy and need a roommate that is also. Otherwise, I am pretty laid back.
