Jasmine - $2,000/month

Hi! I'm Jasmine. I graduated in 2022 from the University of Michigan. I've been working as a UX Designer in DC for this past year and am relocating to NYC for work. I am flexible on timeline -- but sometime September would be ideal, and I'm fairly flexible on budget, but would very much rather try to keep it under 2k incl utilities.

As a roommate, I typically like to chill in my room when at home but would love to try to hang out when we can since I'll be new to the city! I try to keep communal areas clean but understand untidiness :"). I am a non-smoker and don't drink at home.

I work hybrid so I'll likely go into office 1-3x a week. I'll be working in Flatiron so I'd love to live somewhere under 45m to 1h commute.
