It is about a 10 min walk from Harvard Yard, Harvard Law School, and Porter Square, and a 5 minute walk from Lesley University. The apartment is fairly large and extends over two floors, and the room on offer is the largest room in the apartment. The room comes with a large floor-to-ceiling closet and a dresser. This room also has 4 windows, so it is always bright and sunny. Rent is $1075 per month, utilities are not included in the rent (except for water), but average around $60 per month.
