My roommate is now married and moving out of state with her husband June 1st! Looking for someone to move in and cover her portion of the lease, 06/02/2026 - 09/16/2026. We do have opportunity to renew for a certain time period, or month-to-month, if we want. Neither of us owned pets but our unit is still pet-friendly and smoker friendly!
Own private room with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a deep tub and separate shower. In our apartment we have a balcony that gets great sunlight, and an in-unit washer dryer. There’s plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen, a dishwasher, and we have enough space in the fridge to share. There is a 6 floor parking garage with plenty of available parking (price included in rent), and you are able to reserve a specific spot for an extra fee. In Mission Valley off the freeway, we’re close to the 8, 15, and 805.
