Single-family home with large bedrooms, huge backyard for entertaining, and a private bath for each person. Garage space will be included for either a car or storage. There will only be myself and one roommate total in the home.
Room will come unfurnished, but I can provide a basic queen bed, desk and dresser upon request.
You will have free run of the house, all that I ask is you keep the same standard of cleanliness and hygiene that I have. Be respectful. It’s a bachelor’s pad so having an occasional date or friends over is fine.
Expect rent to be $1000 all inclusive except internet (I use a 5G hotspot), i’ll sign up for cable internet if needed. All expenses split down the middle.
