Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to sign our lease for a March 1 move in (open to mid-march or april move-in as well!). The location is 904 4th Ave in Brooklyn, which is a super short walk to the R/N/D trains and only a 20 minute ride into Manhattan.
About the space: very spacious 3 bedroom, $3100 total rent per month (plus utilities). In-Unit washer/dryer and dishwasher! Plenty of space in the bedrooms for a desk for anyone who will be working from home.
About us: 25 and 27 years old working as a nurse and an (actual lol) accountant. We are 420 friendly and come with a super sweet dog (she's about 25 pounds, so on the small side)! Note: one of us has a bf, so we would need someone who is okay with over-night guests in the apt.
