About Me

**Looking for housing within a half mile of any station on the MBTA Franklin Line (commuter rail).**

Hi! I'm Adrian. I work full-time as a plant cultivation technician for a production center, and I've worked in this role for about a year. I really enjoy my job and I like my coworkers. I am a quiet person; I enjoy reading, listening to music on my headphones, and drawing in my sketchbooks. I have no pets, and I don't smoke tobacco. I do use cannabis, but I can do that outside if needed, or just use edibles. I consider myself to be a good roommate; I am clean, tidy, and respectful. I am straight, but I support LGBT people.

What I'm looking for: I am looking for roommate(s) who are steadily employed, preferably working daytime hours. My work day starts early (7am-5pm, including some weekends), so I want to live with people who are quiet at night. I really value a clean home, so want to live with people who will do their share to keep common spaces clean and tidy. Good communication is important to me; if there are ever any issues, I would want to talk it through and find a good solution. I am looking for roommates who are progressive and LGBT-friendly.

Lease term: I prefer to sign a one-year lease, but I would consider a shorter-term situation if it's a great fit. My move-in date is flexible, anytime between now and September 1st.

Location: I am moving because I want to live closer to the MBTA commuter rail, specifically the Franklin Line. I want to have easy access to my job in Franklin, and also be able to travel to Boston. Ideally, I would like to live within a half mile of any station on the Franklin Line. I'm looking in: Franklin, Norfolk, Walpole, Norwood, Westwood, Dedham, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, and Boston.

Thanks for reading my profile. If this sounds like it might be a match, feel free to get in touch!
