I am 82 and retired I have the bedroom with a bathroom included for rent $1,000 a month. I pretty much stay in my room unless if I have to go to the doctor or the gym. Apartment comes with a nice gym with yoga studio workout and pull with hammocks and Grill. I am a nice and friendly person I have a good background. My old roommate is moving in his girlfriend so I need a roommate soon for the month of September
