I cycle over 100 miles weekly so having a healthy lifestyle is important to me. Anyone with an interest in holistic medicine will have plenty to talk about with me. I'm open to sharing food but that's not a requirement. You can socialize or not. Your privacy here will be respected. I don't have a lot of guests but I do like to have people over occasionally. The most important thing is for you to be financially stable, communicate respectfully and keep common areas clean. This is a non-smoking 420 friendly house. I would rather not have a lot of alcohol and absolutely no hard drugs. If you like to read I can get you books for free. :)

Enough fruit trees for a farm stand

There are two rooms available in an Oak Park house with protected parking, with an on-site washer, dryer hook up and clothes line. There is no TV in the house but there is a large 6-bike capacity bike rack in the living room. This would be a great space for vegetarians, someone who enjoys gardening and cat owners who would like for their young, agile cat to have a playmate. Musicians and artists are also encouraged to apply but none of these conditions are necessary as long as you are reasonably clean and respectful. I am interested in finding tenants who might be interested in a long term stay after we do a month to month because this would reduce our rent.
