Hello! I am a professional musician, educator, composer and film producer. I work in both LA and NYC but am currently living in Brooklyn. I am interested in relocating to LA (preferably Glendale, Echo Park, Silverlake, Burbank or Hollywood).

I would love to share a home that has outdoor space. I miss this very much in NYC, as it is difficult to find a place with outdoor space (and of course, LA has much better weather!) I desire a place to sit outside to eat, utilize a BBQ, garden, read, etc.

It would be great to share with other professionals in the arts. No heavy drinks or addicts. I live a pretty healthy life, and work hard on my businesses. I eat everything (not a vegan/vegetarian). I just want a comfortable home that gives me outdoor space, sun and nature.

I am open to moving with my wife OR just myself, if it is a simple and affordable room. Thank you!
