I am actually creating this profile to do some scouting for an apartment for my son. I am trying to convince him that there might actually be some decent people left out there and that he might meet someone responsible that is in the same boat as him - it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to live alone in a nice place at his age (25) even if you are super responsible with a great job. The rents are just too high sadly.
