1) This is an artist's house. Artists are encouraged to apply! Regardless if you practice art, please know there will be shenanigans.
2) We are in Brooklyn very close to the Rockaway Ave C stop and within walking distance from Broadway Junction.
3) We're a second story walkup; laundry is in the basement; there is roof access; central heating, no central air (there is a window AC unit already installed in the room).
