Neighborhood Details:
15-20 minutes to Long Beach, 15-20 minutes to Torrance and walking distance from Target, Pizza Hut, and other shops. I used to commute to downtown LA as well and it took about one hour. We are also conveniently very close to to 605, 405, and 91 Fwys. Walking distance from Don Knabb Community Park, a very picturesque park with a huge lake in the center, tennis courts, and a biking trail. A covered parking spot is included. It is a quiet, safe, family-friendly, gated community with security patrolmen circling the complex at night. It is across the street from a school and a church. The management is also very nice and approachable.
Apartment Details:
The apartment is 2 Bed, 2 Bath in a very lovely apartment complex with 2 pools/jacuzzi, a fitness center, and dog park included. Several laundry rooms on site. The apartment has very high vaulted ceilings and a staircase so it feels more like a townhouse than an apartment. It has recently been renovated within the past year. Comes with all new appliances, hardwood flooring downstairs, carpeting upstairs, and a balcony. Living room has a nice view of the pool and grassy areas. All shared spaces are furnished. It is a very clean apartment with absolutely no bugs or pests. It is on the second floor of a 2 story building. It has AC and heating. The master bedroom is very large with ample closet space (comes with a walk-in closet as well as a traditional closet). The bathroom is inside the room and includes a bathtub. The price of the room & bathroom is $1190 per month, not including electricity bill. Room can be occupied by 2-3 people to lower the price. Living room can also be occupied if needed.
Tenant Requirements:
- Females only
- Must be able to sign a year lease
- Must make about 2.5-3x rent as monthly combined income
- Show proof of income for past 3 months or have a valid cosigner / offer letter (may be flexible due to covid-19)
- Be able to move in on or before October 1st 2020
- Be okay with having a small (cute!) dog in apt
