Looking for a studio or small place in Miami in the $1,000-$1,800 range. I'm in my 40s, work in government, and very health/fitness minded. Usually in bed early, up at the gym super early, outdoors on free time and college football on Saturdays.
I'm super clean, no drugs, rarely drink, and respectful of space. I travel a lot for work so l'll be gone some days during the week. And my personality is 10/10.
Outside of work l'm a private pilot and I host a podcast. A small studio would be ideal, but l'd also consider a shared place if it's with another guy who has a similar lifestyle.
Being close to a good gym is a big plus.
Married to an army doctor and we are based in NW Florida, but I'll be in Miami weekly for work so need a more permanent place in the area
