The common area is styled mid-century retro with a large surround-sound entertainment system and dining set. The area has wall-to-wall windows with lots of light and exits to a large private patio facing a huge interior courtyard with tons of seating, grilling stations and a huge pool. The patio and courtyard are both great for hosting outdoor dinner parties or BBQs. The courtyard also features a dog park just steps away within view of the common area.

The building hosts a large modern 24/7 gym, washer/dryer facilities, underground parking, free coffee, billiards, yoga lessons, etc. It's centrally located in downtown Crystal City within 10 mins indoor walking distance to Crystal City metro. The commute is 10 minutes to most places in downtown DC. There are great grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants and bars on the same block or within 2 blocks.

The combined cost for WiFi plus utilities averages around $100/month. Indoor garage parking is also available. I pay for monthly maid service but that contribution is optional.
