I'm looking for a quiet, but social place. I enjoy knowing my roommate on a friendly basis, but will probably keep mostly to my room. Any LGBTQ+ friendlies will get priority. Also open to team-ups to find a place.

I work from home so if the bedroom is not large enough for my full-size bed, dresser, and a desk then I'd hope for another space for my desk.

I cook most nights of the week so pantry and refrigerator space is a must.

I'm great about cleaning up after myself and my dog. I can accommodate most expectations you may have in that regard.

My dog, Enzo (n/m), is very good natured. He struggles with a bit of anxiety in new places and takes a little while to warm up to new people, but I manage him very well. He is very dog social, but it's a rare day that he wants to play with another dog. He does not get along with most cats.
