I am a single woman who works from home as an editor M-F, 8-5. I go out a lot, but when I'm home I tend to read and listen to music in my bedroom. I have living room furniture, kitchen furniture, dishware, and cookware. You are welcome to all of it. If you have your own things too, there is plenty of room. I'm looking for fellow responsible adults who like keeping a tidy home and care about creating a respectful, peaceful environment for everyone. :)

Hello! I am looking for 2 roommates to join me September 1. I have lived in this spacious and sunny 3-bedroom home in Bed Stuy for 2 years and love both the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment takes up the first and second floors of a 3-story townhouse. It has a large living room, a large kitchen and dining area (with a huge refrigerator), 1.5 bathrooms (the upstairs bathroom is being renovated at the moment and will have a brand-new bathtub), a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, tons of cabinet and closet space, and a large backyard. The landlord (who is wonderful) lives on the third floor in a separate apartment with a separate entrance. The house is a 4-minute walk to the subway (J train, Halsey stop) and near lots of coffee shops, restaurants, etc.
The larger bedroom is 10 x 15' and is available either furnished (queen-sized bed, dresser, night stand, tv, lamp, and window AC unit) or unfurnished if you have your own things. The monthly rent for the larger bedroom is $1,900.
The smaller bedroom is 9 x 10' and uncarpeted. The monthly rent for the smaller bedroom is $1,600.
FRBO, no extra fees, no pets.
12-month lease starting September 1.
