What’s up! I'm Jackson, and my roommate (28M) and I (25M) are looking for someone to take over the last available room in our apartment in the heart of NoLita.

The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and is in one of the best downtown locations in Manhattan just steps away from great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and everything the neighborhood has to offer.

We're looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and easy to live with. A little about us: we're both into sports, movies, checking out the city on weekends, and hanging out with friends.

The room is $1,966/month, and the lease starts September 1st for a full-year term.
