Bathroom is shared. However, no one currently lives in that other bedroom. Which means you'd have the bathroom to yourself -- at least upon moving in. There is also the opportunity to co-ordinate a move-in with people you know, as 3 out of the 4 available bedrooms will be vacant starting in late September. Many options to be had!
