I am reliable and dependable. You can count on me to pay my rent on time every month. I am easy going and do not like to argue. I am an all around good guy.

Looking to share the house I just rented in Falmouth, VA with someone as dependable as I am. If interested... 1. We need to meet. 2. You will need to have your rental application approved through my property manager and pay a non-refundable application fee of $45. The property manager is in the process of fixing the house up. They estimate it will be ready by 2/15/18 (We will be splitting the cost of all utilities.)
