I am a retired man looking for a room for rent in a decent house for $900 a month or less. I am a friendly, honest, clean, quiet (unless you wan to talk) neat person with no pets, no smoking and little or no drinking (occasional glass of wine or beer). No parties, no loud music, etc... I will be a peaceful, passive roomate.
