Single room available in nice 4 bed 2 bath home - Room is 10x10 + shared full-sized bath with one other person. Single occupancy only.

Available June 1st, 2022

$1100/month + 1.5x deposit ($1650) – 12 month lease minimum

Utilities split evenly each month (power, internet & water). Solar keeps overall costs very reasonable.

A little about us: We are both 34yr old single female professionals. I work for a tech company as a Project Manager and she is in Air Traffic Control. I love to travel when I can and am usually working on some project around the house/yard. She loves to work-out and does StrongMan competitions, aka. a total badass.

It's very important to us that we mesh as a household. This is very much a home to us and hope it can be that for you as well, so if you're interested email me and let's chat!
