Master Bedroom Suite in Hollywood -

I am renting out the unfurnished Master Bedroom Suite of my house in the Hollywood/Los Feliz area for $1,700 a month (all utilities included) on a month-to-month basis. Occupancy is limited to one person only. A security deposit is required.

The Master Bedroom Suite has air conditioning, a private bath with a separate tub and shower, a dressing area, two closets (one walk in) and room for a sitting area with hardwood floors throughout the bedroom area. The MBR and sitting area are about 21 ft by 15 ft not including the walk-in closet or the bathroom. Pictures are attached.
In the house you would have full kitchen and laundry access (Washer and Dryer) there is free high-speed internet, WIFI for streaming and a patio behind the house.

There is amble safe street parking. No Smoking inside or outside of the house of any kind, no drugs, no 420, no vaping and no pets. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood with Families and Professional couples.

This is an exclusive, very safe area that is north of Franklin called Los Feliz Oaks in Bronson Canyon. It's a 15 min walk to Gelson's Market and Franklin Village which has several Restaurants/Bars and a Bookstore. Also, it is close to many hiking trails in Griffith Park as well as easy access to the 101 fwy and the 5 fwy.
