RENT FREE. I have been retired for 10 years. It was working out very well for my wife and I. Unfortunately she passed away a year and a half ago. I moved thinking that would help with things, but it has not. I am very lonely and would like someone around to talk with sometimes. This would absolutely be for companionship. I want a female age 18 - 35. I live in a 4 bedroom condo in Parker, Co and have a spare room. It is furnished and has a twin bed. If they want to the roommate could provide a full size bed a queen would be to large. There is otherwise not much room for additional furniture in the house.
