I travel a bit on weekends or some weeknights for events or signings.
Otherwise, I spend most of my days on calls or writing in my home office.
I'll watch TV occasionally but am more of a podcast listener. Walk everyday with my 15 yr old 30 lb small dog mix. She's old and suffering from ill health but is incredibly friendly and patient and sleeps most of the time.
I may occasionally have family over for a few hours on the weekend but I'm moreso one to travel to friends or family houses.
I love going to the GYM and while rare - I can enjoy a pub now and then.
I'm looking for a roommate more for financial assist as the summer time is very busy for me and I'd like to cut down on expenses during an expensive and busy period. I'm open to a 12 month lease but would prefer a short term 3 to 6 month lease.
