Deer Creek Canyon House with room for rent on 2 acre lot. Room has walk in closet, wall mounted television, two large windows and a sliding glass door to shared balcony. Balcony leads to outdoor stairs down to driveway. Renter will have semi private full bathroom (full bathroom downstairs in common area; owners use full master bedroom bathroom). Must love dogs as we have 2 furbabies. It's a non-smoking household. Many hiking trails close by. Hot Tub in backyard. Only 15 minutes away from town.
My husband and I work full time. We are both very easy going, kind good n honest people looking for the same in return. We are both active and stay busy.
