I’m actually a widow. I have a male partner who lives here currently . There will soon be a golf cart available to use as well as a parking spot. Just a short walk to the ocean. I like someone who is neat and cleans up after themselves. I prefer someone that is kind and considerate. If dating, dates are more than welcome to come over. I don’t have a lot of company since I just moved here and don’t know too many people. Company occasionally but most of them do Vrbo‘s.There is also a community pool. Starting in January, I will owe $800 in HOA fees, so I would break that down over 12 months and charge for that as well as monthly rent. Rent would include a third of the water, trash, power, and spectrum TV and Wi-Fi. Not interested in someone that is a big partier, but rather someone that is a professional with normal working hours. Rental agreement is negotiable and flexible in regards to duration. I am currently upgrading my backyard. It’s pretty bare right now, but there will soon be sand, a tiki bar and a hot tub, however, that might be a little bit down the road. For now, it is a cozy patio and a grill with patio furniture, etc..
