Sarah B - $800/month

Hello! I'm a student at the University of Waterloo, currently studying. Next semester (Jan-Apr 2024), I will be working in Toronto, and I am looking for a room to rent. The rental prices in Toronto are crazy expensive, so I am looking for a roommate for the length of the stay (4 months).

I'm very chill and easy going with everything! Sometimes I'll need a quiet workspace, but overall I can be flexible :) I'm pretty introverted, I don't smoke, rarely drink, I have no pets living with me but I am pet friendly. I also would prefer no loud parties, but totally open to having guests over--as long as they are respectful of the living space (same goes for significant others!). I also keep my personal spaces tidy, so as long as the common spaces are that way, I have no problems!
For most of the time during the day, I'd be at work, but otherwise, at home! I'm also down to hang out and spend time together--I'm very outdoorsy but also a homebody, and willing to contribute to household tasks/chores.
