Jenna H - $1,100/month

I'm Jenna, a recent grad from Savannah, GA and relocating to Miami for work as an interior designer. I will be working full time, travelling 10% of the time. I'm also a single parent, but my daughter lives with close family in another state while I get my feet on the ground in this expensive city (she will not be living in miami for another 2 years). I'm clean, love to cook, and an early riser in the morning. I'm not a fan of parties in the home, unless its a dinner party setting or a Cards Against Humanity kind of setting. I would like to have someone who is respectful of common space and is making enough in her career to not be living paycheck to paycheck. Please no live-in partners!
