About me: Hi! I'm an easy going & clean person. I'm pretty introverted (about 65% of the time), but fine with either keeping to ourselves or becoming friends. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly (prsnly haven't partaken in years). I work a hybrid schecdule (M/F at home, and T-THu in office), and am going to school online.
I have furniture and kitchen items to furnish my area and any public areas. I also have budgeted to buy new furniture (sofa, dining table if needed etc).
I have two pets (dog and cat). I'm open to pets if the place allows 2+ and if they meet and get along.
Notes on my pets:
My cat is a tabby/orange cat and was raised as a kitten with my dog.
I would never ask you to watch them while traveling for work or going on vacation (but super open if its offered bc boarding is expensive AF).
I have an electric crystal litter box with a furniture style covering so it does not stink and isn't messy, but if preferred I can keep this in my room.
I do not keep my pets crated when I'm at work/running errands, or locked in my room. They will have free reign to the public area (including the couch). I have air filters, vacuum floors and furniture often, and have a roomba to minimize fur.

Looking to find an apt, townhouse or condo in Sept/Oct with someone. I'm flexible on timeline and budget (800-1200/ea including fees and utilities)
Place I want to find will be located on the west/nw side and it will be:
-Pet friendly (I have a dog and a cat)
-2-3 bedrooms (would love an office, and if it wouldn't be a shared space we can adjust rent split)
-2 baths (non negotiable)
-yard (flexible if dog park is in complex)
-hardwood (flexible)
-in unit w/d (flexible to hookups if you have a w/d)
*I already have a few places in mind, but am open to looking together
A compatible roommate would:
-be clean (in public areas, idc about your room/bath)
-responsible with money (can pay rent w/o issues)
-respectful of each other (staying out of private spaces, and courteous when working from home etc)
-ability to split fees/utilities
-lgbt+ friendly
*I'm open to any gender, and couples but would prefer a female that is single (or not looking to live with their partner)
