Fairly mellow individual. Normally quiet evenings and quiet weeks. Occasionally I like to have a family or family and friend dinner upstairs. I am a little of a night owl but usually start my workday around 8:30 to 9. I do work at least three days at home and two days in the office. I have a very small dog. She’s about 8 pounds and she’s pretty quiet except when you first walk in the house she might give a little bark. You’re welcome to use the backyard and the patio which I don’t have set up yet. We will this weekend. I am a professional and would enjoy having somebody who respects that. Not a big partier, but I do enjoy having a glass of wine in the evening. I do like to work out at least a couple times a week, but we’ll hopefully do it at convenient times and make those arrangements with renters.
I do have a son and daughter-in-law that live not too far away and a daughter and son-in-law who live in Idaho. I have four grandchildren.
