Very central, right beside a mall with a gym and grocery store. Close to UofC and across the street from SAIT. Very close to a train station and transit as well. The Bedroom and den would be all yours, which can be made into a small office

There is a big back yard, firepit, garage (for storage, no cars), renovated kitchen and bathroom, spacious living room, den, and large windows with lots of natural light. Some items pictured are my current roommate’s things: Bookshelves, Coffee table, den items (computer desk and black couch). Your bedroom is approximately 12x10 feet and includes built in storage as pictured. Living room is mostly furnished, but there is definitely still some room.

Appliances include: dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, gas range and fridge with icemaker/ water dispenser

You would be sharing the space just with me, there is another quiet tenant in the basement with a separate entrance. He keeps to himself and I rarely hear him.
